Terms and Conditions of Booking

Deposit / Cancellation

 

A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to secure all reservations by credit or debit card and this same card must be presented at check in.
Full postal address provided must match the card billing address for all card payments, otherwise transaction will be declined. PLEASE NOTE - Your bank often then reduce your available balance on that account for up to 10 working days even though the funds will never actually be debited to your account. ( alternative means of payment will be required ) If a deposit payment is declined then the reservation will cancelled and an email / text will be sent to the address / mobile provided at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to pre-authorise the 50% outstanding balance due on arrival to the card provided at the time of booking up to 48hours before check in.

 

Please Note - Cancellation "within 5 days of check-in date" or "no show" will result in an automatic charge of the outstanding balance.

 

Should Cypress Log cabins, for any unforseen circumstances have to cancel any bookings then a FULL REFUND will be issued within 7 days of cancellation

 

Arrival / Booking in

Check in is 2-4pm OR if alternative later time is required please call 01425 656366 at which time guests will be shown to their accommodation, given one set of keys and instructed on the operation and rules for using both the Hot Tub and swimming pool

Important - A strict policy of only checked in guests are permitted on site at any time and parking spaces are limited to a max one per unit booked

 

All Guests must be aged 18+

 

Damage to company Property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the accommodation, property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card including any property, ie towels, robes etc, that have been removed from the premises by them without consent. We will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Cypress Log Cabins recognises your right to privacy and ensure any personal information we hold on file remains private in accordance wth the Data Protection Act and assure you that it is not shared with any individuals or organisations unless you have authorised us to do so.
