Terms and Conditions of Booking

Deposit / Cancellation

 

A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to secure all reservations by credit or debit card and this same card must be presented at check in. The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged to the same card 7 days before check in date. If the remaining balance is declined and alternative payment is not made within 24hrs of the due date, the reservation will be auto cancelled and no  refund will be given for monies already paid. The accommodation will then be automatically re-advertsied as available.
Full postal address provided must match the card billing address for all card payments, otherwise transaction will be declined.  If payment is declined then the reservation may be cancelled.

 

Please Note - If there is any cancellation "within 7 days of check-in date" or "no show" there will be NO  REFUND as the full amount of the reservation becomes payable 7 days before arrival.

 

Holiday insurance is recommended.

 

Note - Hot Tub water may not be up to temperature until the evening on the day of arrival due to water change

 

Arrival / Booking in / Check out

Check in is 3-4pm ( if alternative later time is required please call 01425 656366 or 0797 1115121 ) at which time guests will be shown to their accommodation, given one set of keys and instructed on the operation and rules for using both the Hot Tub and swimming pool. Bookings made on the day or arrival usually require 2hrs notice or call 0797 1115121

 

Check in closes at 11pm on arrival day, after which any booking will be marked as a no show and released on general sale. 

 

Check out on final day is by 11am


Important - A strict policy of only checked in guests are permitted on site at any time and parking spaces are limited to a max one per unit booked

 

All Guests must be aged 18+

 

Damage to company Property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the accommodation, property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card including any property, ie towels, robes etc, that have been removed from the premises by them without consent.

Cypress Log Cabins recognises your right to privacy and ensure any personal information we hold on file remains private in accordance wth the Data Protection Act and assure you that it is not shared with any individuals or organisations unless you have authorised us to do so.
