Double Room Annex £80 per night ( Sleeps 2 Max )
Accommodation in both the Oak cabin and Double Annex has a £10 supplement per person for single night bookings, regardless of age.

With exclusive private Hot Tub in ADDITION to the pool and shared Hot Tub - "Beech" Log Cabin ( Sleeps 4 Max ) £150 per night.
Please note there is a £50 single night supplement in the Beech cabin

Any additional guests ( over each units max persons ), ie a third child will be be charged at a flat rate of £20 regardless of age. ( subject to our overall capacity of 10 )

Arrival / Booking in
Booking in is between 1.30-2.30pm or any time after 6pm at which time guests will be shown to their accommodation, given one set of keys and instructed on the operation and rules for using both the Hot Tub and swimming pool

Deposit / Cancellation
When confirming a reservation an amount of 50% of your total booking value will be pre-authorised on a credit/debit card and will remain authorised on that card until the deposit is paid OR if your booking is within 28days then full payment will be required upon arrival.
PLEASE NOTE -ONCE A CARD HAS BEEN AUTHORISED ANY CANCELLATION WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF 50% OF YOUR TOTAL BOOKING VALUE. CANCELLATION OR NON ARRIVAL WITHIN 48HRS OF CHECK IN DATE WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC CHARGE OF 100% OF THE TOTAL BOOKING VALUE.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS ALL CARRY A 5% BOOKING FEE
ALL DEPOSIT PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Should Cypress Log cabins, for any unforseen circumstances have to cancel any bookings then a FULL REFUND will be issued within 7 days of cancellation
